Sectors of Skill Development


The skill training programs offered by the Institute are aligned with National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The end result of all these programs primarily is either on sustainable self-employment or suitable placement with reputed organizations. The skill training programs are offered in twin formats i.e. at campus and through off-campus mode. The primary focus of every training program is on hands on experience and trouble shooting. The tools and equipment and trainers are as per the industry standards and norms specified either by National Counsel of Vocational Training (NCVT) or Sector Skill Counsels (SSC).

Apart from domain modules, equal focus is laid on non-domain modules such as soft skills, communication skills, and digital literacy. These non-domain modules are in-built in every training program as part of the training. The candidates are assessed by either NCVT or SSC and successful candidates are provided certificates by these agencies. Placement or enterprise promotion follow this with post training tracking for a period of one year.
